As your certified life coach and mindset expert it's my purpose in life to empower you to become the confident, energized, and happy version of yourself so you can live the fulfilling life you want.
I leaned something that truly changed my life, and it can absolutely change yours too. You're not living the life you want right now because of what's happening in your MIND - the negative self-talk, fears and doubts that you're not working through are all holding you back.
The good news is, this is something that you can work on and it's something that I've been obsessed with for many years now.

Here's the thing about mindset, it doesn't change the situation you are in. it changes how you react to the situation. This is key.
After many years trying to figure out how to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, I've narrowed it down to 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Have an Open Mind
You must be open and willing to change the way you think. It may feel challenging at first, but the more you work on your thoughts, feelings, words, and actions, the closer you will get to a healthier and happier you.
Step 2: Start Small
Drastic changes cause overwhelm and are not sustainable. Start with one tiny new habit at a time and when you've mastered it you can add a new one. Doing a "little bit of something" good for your health each day is what you want to aim for each day (1% improvements).
Step 3: Do More of What You Love to Do
When you do what YOU love to do, you'll make less excuses not to do something - because you love to do it! Trust me, you'll be so much happier in the long run when you focus on movements that you actually like doing.
