Avocado Egg Sandwich 🥑

A delicious way to have your egg salad sandwich with a healthier fat! All you need is 6 ingredients.



  • 2 Boiled Eggs

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1 Spoon of Hummus

  • Fresh Parsley

  • Fresh Spinach

  • Fresh Bread


  1. Place eggs in a pot and bring to a boil, keep boiling for 7 minutes. When done, run under cold water for 30 seconds and remove the shells.

  2. In a bowl, add eggs, avocado, hummus, and parsley. Mash. Add S&P if you wish.

  3. Cut your bread. I buttered it and toasted it for added flavour!

  4. Spread the egg mash onto the bread and add spinach.

  5. Enjoy - Absolutely delish!
