2 Raw beets
Spoon of natural PB
Protein powder (I love Sun Warrior)
Heavy dash of cinnamon
3 ice cubes
TOPPING
Chia seeds
Hemp hearts
Spelt flakes
Toasted coconut
Sliced almonds
Cocoa nibs
2 Dates
1/4 Banana
