Can't Beet This Smoothie Bowl!

Slightly obsessed with smoothie bowls right now. They are so easy to make and you can pack them with added nutrients and protein.

This is absolutely delicious, filling and will give you a healthy boost of energy! Hit up your local bulk barn or grocery store and stock up on the toppings so you have them on hand.



  • Coconut milk

  • 3/4 Banana

  • Blueberries

  • 2 Raw beets

  • Spoon of natural PB

  • Protein powder (I love Sun Warrior)

  • Heavy dash of cinnamon

  • 3 ice cubes


  • Chia seeds

  • Hemp hearts

  • Spelt flakes

  • Toasted coconut

  • Sliced almonds

  • Cocoa nibs

  • 2 Dates

  • 1/4 Banana
