Snack smart! You can make these PB Coconut Oat Bites in under 30 minutes. Perfect way to curb that post-lunch sugar craving.
1 BOWL + 8 INGREDIENTS
1c Natural PB
1/4c Maple Syrup
2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2c Large Flake Oats
1/2c Unsweetened Coconut
1/3 Cocoa Nibs
2-4 tbsp water or vanilla (if too dry)
Pinch of Salt
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Use a tablespoon to measure and roll into bite-sized balls.
They will keep in the fridge for up to a week. Also - feel free to customize with your fav ingredients like dates and chia seeds!
