Whether you were active pre-pregnancy or not, maintaining daily activity is highly recommended while pregnant. My top priority is to create a safe and customized program to keep mom moving safely and effectively throughout her pregnancy and onward.

If you're looking for a coach to safely train you pre and post natal you're in the right place. I will help you maintain a healthy fitness routine suited to your needs - and the new baby's too.  I will design a safe and customized program for each phase of your pregnancy journey.
